Shipping

Each order is carefully prepared and dispatched within five business days of purchase. Every piece is packed with the attention it deserves, ensuring it arrives in the condition it left Le monde à nous.

International shipping is available. Costs are calculated at checkout and vary by destination. Once an order is on its way, a tracking number will be provided by email.

Shipments outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival, levied by the destination country. These charges are beyond the control of Le monde à nous and remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns

Le monde à nous accepts returns within fourteen days of receipt. Return shipping is arranged and funded entirely by the buyer. A tracked and insured service is strongly recommended, as Le monde à nous cannot accept liability for pieces lost or damaged in transit on their return.

To initiate a return, please contact contact@lemondeanous.com within fourteen days of receipt, stating your order details. Items must be returned unworn and in the same condition in which they were received, dispatched within those same fourteen days with a tracking number provided by email. Returns initiated or shipped beyond this window cannot be accepted.

Should a piece arrive damaged, Le monde à nous asks to be notified within 24 hours of delivery so the matter may be addressed promptly. Damage reported beyond this window cannot, regrettably, be accommodated.
